We want you to love your skin and your results, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to return shipments.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label to print and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any official USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
