When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are SLMD Skincare products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping options to more countries in the near future.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to your tracking information. You can also track it through your account dashboard.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
